Michelle J. Weil

Michelle is the principal attorney of her firm located in Summerville, South Carolina. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 2002 and her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law in 2012. Before attending law school, Michelle worked in management positions but knew her passion was to help others through the practice of law. While in law school, she was involved in volunteer programs with the Probate Court and acted as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children. After law school, Michelle served as the Law Clerk at the Charleston County Probate Court from March 2013 until January 2015. During her clerkship, she assisted with implementing the 2013 Amendments to the South Carolina Probate Code and was a speaker at the Nineteenth Annual Probate Court Seminar. Michelle was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May 2013 and is a member in good standing. She is also a member of the Berkeley County Bar and Charleston County Bar Associations.
